1. Registration & Onboarding

• Sellers must complete a registration process with valid business details.

• Required documents include PAN, GST (if applicable), bank account details, and ID proof.

• Sleek Unideal reserves the right to verify, reject, or suspend seller accounts based on document verification.

2. Product Listings

• Products must be listed under appropriate categories (e.g., groceries, apparel).

• All listings must include clear product descriptions, pricing, quantity, and high-quality images.

• Misleading, false, or offensive listings are strictly prohibited and will be removed.

3. Pricing & Tax Compliance

• Sellers are free to set their own prices, inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• Vendors are solely responsible for their GST filings and tax compliance.

• Sleek Unideal may deduct applicable taxes and commissions before disbursing payouts.

4. Order Fulfillment

• All orders must be accepted and dispatched within the agreed timeline.

• Products must be packed securely and shipped in new, original condition.

• Consistent delays or unfulfilled orders can lead to warnings, penalties, or account suspension.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• Sellers must cooperate with Sleek Unideal’s logistics partners or follow platform shipping protocols.

• Tracking details must be updated accurately to ensure timely delivery.

• Repeated delivery failures may affect seller ratings and eligibility.

6. Returns, Refunds & Disputes

• Sellers must honor Sleek Unideal’s return and refund policies.

• Returned items must be accepted if they meet the policy criteria (e.g., defective, wrong item).

• Sellers are expected to respond to customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

7. Commissions & Payouts

• Sleek Unideal charges a platform commission per sale (percentage depends on category).

• Payouts are made on a scheduled basis (e.g., weekly/bi-weekly), after deducting applicable charges and returns.

• Vendors can view payment reports and invoices from their seller dashboard.

8. Prohibited Products

• Counterfeit goods, illegal items, expired food products, and restricted materials are strictly prohibited.

• Violating this clause can result in permanent delisting, legal action, and seizure of funds.

9. Seller Conduct

• Sellers must act in good faith and maintain professionalism at all times.

• Manipulating reviews, misusing customer data, or spamming is not tolerated.

• Fraudulent activity will result in account termination and potential legal action.

10. Policy Updates

• Sleek Unideal reserves the right to modify this policy at any time.

• Sellers will be notified of major updates via email or their dashboard.

• Continued use of the platform indicates acceptance of revised terms.

11. Legal Jurisdiction
