Cancellation & Return Policy

At Sleek Unideal, we are committed to ensuring a smooth and transparent shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our Cancellation & Returns Policy carefully to understand how cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled on our platform.

1. Order Cancellation

Before Shipment
You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. To do so, go to your account section under “My Orders” or contact our customer support team. If the order is prepaid, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.

After Shipment
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. However, you may choose to refuse the delivery. Once the product is returned to the seller, we will process your refund after inspection.

Note: Some items, such as perishable groceries or made-to-order products, may not be eligible for cancellation. Please check the product page for specific terms.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Groceries (Perishable): Not returnable due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Groceries (Packaged): Eligible for return within 2 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, expired, or the wrong item was delivered.

  • Apparel & Accessories: Eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.

  • Vendor-specific items: Return eligibility may vary. Please refer to the product details page for return policy information related to specific vendors.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Some product categories are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Fresh and perishable food items

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Innerwear and undergarments

  • Digital products, gift cards, or promotional items

  • Products marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  1. Log into your Sleek Unideal account.

  2. Go to “My Orders” and select the item you wish to return.

  3. Click “Return” and choose the appropriate reason.

  4. Our team will guide you through the return process, including scheduling a pickup where applicable.

Note: Return pickups are subject to serviceability in your area and vendor approval.

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will initiate a refund within 7 to 10 business days.

  • If you paid using a credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you will be asked to provide your bank details for a secure NEFT transfer.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide photos or videos of the issue for quick verification.

  • We will arrange for a return pickup or offer a suitable resolution, depending on the case.

8. Vendor-specific Returns

Sleek Unideal operates as a multi-vendor marketplace. Some items may be shipped and fulfilled directly by third-party sellers. In such cases:

  • The return policy may differ based on the seller.

  • Sleek Unideal will assist you with the return process in coordination with the vendor.

  • Any disputes or exceptions will be handled by our customer service team.
